Here are two quick exercises that will slim your thighs down.

1. Walk on some sort of incline (a treadmill or hill)

Listen, this is probably the best thing you can possibly do to tone up your legs and make them thinner while burning off a great deal of fat. Hey, I know walking on a flat surface sucks. Been there, done that. It’s fine and dandy for long, slow weight loss… but who wants to wait around.
You just need to make a small adjustment and the weight loss comes fast and furious. Just incline a treadmill 10-15 degree and walk on it for 15 or 20 minutes. That’s it. If you don’t have access to a treadmill, perhaps there’s a hill you can use instead.

2. Hindu Squats

This is what I call the “miracle worker” exercise. Look, this will be a tough 5 minutes, but the benefits are nothing short of amazing. Unbelievably fast weight loss peeling off your thighs, butt, hips, and belly.

What you do are fast bodyweight squats. Squat up and down and touch your fingers to the ground to know you’re going down far enough in the squats.

Do 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes. It’s simple, but not easy. Nothing complicated here. You’ll sweat, that’s for sure.
So there it is. Two very easy activities you can start on TODAY to lose fat thighs.

And if you do this in conjunction with a low fat, healthy eating plan, you’ll get to your goal of slim thighs even quicker.
